Cooperating in the team

Engaging team members emotionally towards clearly understood targets coupled with an open feedback culture in both directions is the base that I strive to establish.

This base allows to delegate and to give each team member as much room as she/he can handle with agreed upon SMART targets. Regular follow-ups via individual jour fixes or if needed team meetings keeps the focus and the drive towards the targets. As targets are being reached, we reflect and celebrate before we attack the next targets.

I see my greatest personal successes in employees whom I have been able to help successfully take steps in their careers.

Cooperation with the client

The client, supported by his team and me, can make an honest analysis of the actual situation. As an outsider, my help to the client is to support that critical points are made transparent and that everyone sees and recognizes these points.

Once these critical points are recognized and captured, with potential added ones that I can bring in based on my experience, I work with the client to develop a focus program which, in addition to the day-to-day business, is to be executed by the client’s team and me; me in a coaching / tracking or direct function. The client and I coordinate as needed to drive towards the goals.
